    Refurbished products are pre-owned electronic devices that have been professionally assessed, repaired and tested in up to 40 steps by specialist refurbishers. All refurbished devices undergo strict quality controls and function like new devices - only much cheaper and more environmentally friendly. Refurbished devices cost less because they were once already on the market. They are refurbished by experts so that they can be resold, enacting the circular economy. This refurbishment is cheaper than manufacturing new products, which is reflected in the prices - they are up to 40% cheaper compared to buying new; whilst also being far more environmentally friendly.

    1. Non-binding inquiry: You send us a non-binding inquiry using our inquiry form . Please fill in all fields, as only complete inquiries can be processed. If you do not have a preference for certain criteria, we will look for the best offer for your company. Alternatively, you can also send us your inquiry by e-mail and our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the details in person. 2. Personal offer: We will prepare the most suitable and favourable offer for you and communicate this with you. 3. Invoice: As soon as you agree to the offer and our terms and conditions, we will send you the invoice. This can be paid in advance or on account (with a 14-day payment term). 4. Shipment: After receipt of payment, we will take over the compilation and dispatch of the goods within a few working days.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity for refurbed Business?
    Yes, the minimum order quantity is 10 products of the same product category.
  • What is the process if an order is canceled or the goods are returned?
    In the event of a return, the corresponding invoice will be automatically canceled. The company will be informed and any credit notes will be settled.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Whether you can change or cancel your order with refurbed Business depends on the current status of your order. - Before shipment: In most cases, it is still possible to change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. - After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it is usually no longer possible to change or cancel it. If you still want to change something in the order, we can check whether we can find a solution. However, if in the unlikely occasion you have received the devices and they are defective or damaged, our warranty will apply and we will arrange for repair or replacement.
  • Am I entitled to a warranty period and a right of return with refurbed Business?
    - Warranty period: refurbed Business grants a warranty period of at least 12 months on all devices. This means that you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the event of a defect within this period. - Right of return: refurbed Business does not offer a right of return without reason within 30 days.   • How can I pay with refurbed Business?
    We offer flexible payment options: - Purchase on account: you can buy the devices on account and have a payment term of 14 days. - Prepayment: You can also pay in advance. With refurbed Business, companies can conveniently place their orders on account. As soon as the order is completed and the goods have been dispatched, the invoice is sent by e-mail. This must be paid within 14 days. This gives companies the flexibility to use their purchases immediately and pay the amount later. Purchase on account is only available to business customers who undergo an appropriate credit check with the help of our payment partner Mondu. This check ensures that payments can be processed reliably.
  • What happens in the event of late payment?
    If the payment deadline of 14 days is not met, reminder fees and interest on arrears may be incurred. It is important that the invoice is paid within the agreed period to avoid additional costs.
  • How are the goods shipped?
    At refurbed Business, the shipping of your order is handled by a professional logistics partner. Smaller parcels are usually sent by parcel services such as DHL, GLS or UPS. Larger or heavier devices can be sent by a forwarding agent. Depending on the delivery address, different shipping service providers may be used.
  • As a company / institution, can I also sell used IT/EDP devices to refurbed?
    Yes, companies and public institutions can sell their used IT equipment to refurbed via our simple trade-in programme. This is not only a sustainable way to reuse old equipment, but also a way to generate additional revenue through the sale.
  • How does the sale of your used devices to refurbed Business work?
    Our trade-in program works in three simple steps: 1) Submit product description: First, send us a detailed description of the devices you want to sell . This includes information such as the model, memory, condition and quantity of the devices. This information will help us to create a customised offer for you. 2) Offer and coordination: Based on your information, we will submit an offer for the equipment as soon as possible. If you agree to the quote, we will coordinate the shipment or collection of the devices; whichever suits you best. 3) Inspection and report: As soon as we receive the devices, they are thoroughly inspected by our experts. You will then receive a full report on the condition of the devices. Based on this inspection, you invoice us for the devices.
  • Data security and data erasure
    During the refurbishment process, all data on the devices is completely erased. This is done according to strict standards to ensure that no sensitive data remains on the devices. If you require proof or a certificate that data has been erased, we will be happy to include this in the quote.
